Overall a good server. I personally didn't like the refinement changes. It discourages people to use the system as I found it too expensive for a low rate server where zeny/resources are very sparce. It's the only system in the game that provides new players progression, but no in this server sadly.

Refinement in Ragnarok Pinas is given a luxury over the stats that it can give. With all due respect, the review and scoring is purely selective as it is focused only in refinement but not in overall server feature which in our knowledge do not deserve this kind of scoring and review. it's been months and this server has been very consistent with its events and updates, nothing imbalanced when it comes to classes and items available, if only there will be more guilds and players joining woe and koe the competition will be a lot higher, the server is also very newbie friendly as there are lots of helpful players in this community, just do not abuse their kindness :)
